is an evolving biennale thematic exploration of the Moving Body on Screen, that gives voice to social justice and equity issues, founded and directed by Gabri Christa

2026 Festival:
The Moving Immigrant Body On Screen

Through a small Festival, Installations and Labs, Moving Body - Moving Image 2026 thematic contributions will look at the immigrant body on screen.

We accept films and new media contributions that centralize the immigrant experience AND have at least one immigrant as an owner/creator (choreographer, mover, producer, director, cinematographer, writer, etc.).

We celebrate films that are inclusive of age, ability, gender and embrace all forms of movement, not "just" dance. We welcome experimental, documentary, dance films and anything genre defying.
